On Tuesday, we provide high-intensity training with movements that are part of fighting. You'll learn to spar, sweat, and endure. This way, you'll become a better fighter in a playful manner.
donderdag 20.00 – 21.30 (stijl en techniek)
On Thursday, there is more focus on the (sometimes abstract) technique of fighting and perfecting the style. This is done through techniques and forms. In addition to a serious approach, there is also room for fun and relaxation.
Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art. In the classes, you work on your technique, fitness, strength, and perseverance. The lessons are taught by Max Goores and Jeroen Tjepkema.
